Printemps is a short film directed by Sébastien Duguay about a woman who tries to find the location of her brother’s fatal car crash. She reflects upon her grief and faces how it has kept her stuck as if in a block of ice, which surrealistically appears in the backseat of her car. The poster visual is a marriage of the cracking of ice after spring and a broken windshield from the fatal crash. The type is stuck in a broken form, much like the main character. The colour was chosen as a subtle nod to the bright orange bag that her brother always carried around that she finds later in the film.
